EMC Announces VMware Initial Public Offering

Yesterday EMC announced that they would offer 10% of VMware in an IPO. At 5 PM on Feb 8th EMC CEO Joe Tucci, VMware President Dianne Greene, and EMC CFO David Goulden will hold a press conference to discuss the details of the offering.

I am going to try to be on the call, and will report what I hear afterwards.
